Looking forward to August. Can't believe 50 years!
I lost my husband, Dan, in 2014 after 35 years. Am keeping busy in my rose garden and also in many other gardens. I volunteer at the Redwood Acres rose garden and the Humboldt Botanical Garden.
Last year, I became a Master Consulting Rosarians with the American Rose Society. I am also an active member of the American Rhododendron Society.
My daughter coaches the Eureka High Cheer team and my two granddaughters cheer for EHS. My son's daughter is a gymnast and placed first in state competition in her age group this past fall. He and his wife also blessed me with my first grandson in Feb. 2014. Even though I've had losses, my life is good. Looking forward to having new adventures.
