Just saying hi. Sorry that I missed you all for the past 49 years. Still remember a lot of you though. I have played golf now for more than a dozen years. I am the proud owner of one hole in one. After high school, I spent four years in the U.S.Navy. I did some long distance races with College of the Redwoods and the Six Rivers Running Club, including the race to Willow Creek. I ran the Bay to Breakers in San Francisco 34 consecutive years. I did marathons and long distant races for many years. I have been employed the past 14 years by Costco in Redwood City 300 miles from Eureka. Previously, I worked for Eureka Federal Savings [later Eureka Bank] for 20 years. I am married to Ana Maria Rojas Armstrong for 25 years and have a stepson Victor Martinez, step granddaughter Karina Martinez, and step grandson Eros Martinez. We enjoy trips to Lake Tahoe and enjoy staying at the Blue Lake Casino when we make trips to Eureka. Palm Springs is another place I personally like to hang out {only three times so far though}. Hope to see some of you some time. I was sad to hear of the classmates that have passed away, especially those that were close to me. We're too young to die.
